Among the most important things during a meeting is, among other things, that the conference technology really works. Therefore, we at Villa Källhagen have invested a little extra in the equipment in our premises and we do not charge any extra cost at hybrid meetings.

At Villa Källhagen we can arrange everything from the small meeting to the larger fair or launch party. The possibilities are endless, and we are here to help you tailor the layout to exactly your wishes and needs.

Capacity in our premises

The Red Cottage

The two rooms in our "red cottage" are equipped with 55" TV, echo-cancelling soundbar with built-in microphones and video conference camera.

Each room also has a small group room. NOTE: No elevator goes up to the premises, only stairs are available.

The Oak

The oak is equipped with a touch display for controlling the technology in the room, projector in wide-format 16:10, electric film screen in format 203cm x 203cm, echo-cancelling soundbar with built-in microphones, video conference camera, handheld microphone, headset and speakers.

When weather and season allow, there is also direct access to our terrace.

Djurgården

Djurgården is equipped with a touch display for controlling the technology in the room, 92" TV, video conference camera, ceiling microphones and speakers.

Djurgården has lovely skylights where the light shines in and a glass wall against a fantastic view of the outdoor terrace and Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen.

The Wine Cellar

The room is equipped with a mobile 50" LED TV, sound bar with sound bar and video conference camera.

The venue is just as suitable for light wine tastings as for a business meeting.

The Canal

The Canal is equipped with a touch display for controlling the technology in the room, 86" TV, echo-cancelling soundbar with built-in microphones and video conference camera.

The canal has three smaller rooms; The Bay, The Club and The Cabin in proximity which can be used as a breakout room and if you rent all four you have the whole department for yourself.
